What does it mean to be a Certified RLC?

RLC has the exclusive privilege of teaching the Radiant Leadership Academy. RLC has the honor of adding this ICF hours . You can guide your students through your 16-week RLA class.

What is RLC?

Radiant Leadership Coaching is the Real Men Alliance Legacy leadership coaching certification program that prepares, equips and trains you to teach the Radiant Leadership Academy 16 week Biblical Leadership Certification.

Is there an additional cost?

The cost to go through the training is a one time fee of $2500 for the RLC training. This is in addition to the monthly membership as a VIP Ambassador.

Do I need to go through RLA twice before signing up for RLC?

No. While you must have two completed 16 weeks rounds of RLA, you need only have one completed round in order to go through RLC. Once you have completed your second class, you will be eligible to open your own RLA class.

Is RMA an accredited ICF Training Program?

Yes, Kingdom Alliance (GPA & RMA) is an accredited ICF training provider.

What does the price inlcude?

The price includes the 8 week virtual RLC training and the 3 day in-person retreat. Your materials, marketing materials, the stay for the final 3 day retreat in San Diego California.

How do I become a Radiant Leadership Certified Coach?

The prerequisites for this program are:

You must be a VIP Ambassador with Real Men Alliance.
You must complete 2 full 16-week rounds of Radiant Leadership Academy. (Only one completed class is required before the RLC training. In order to be released as an official RLC you must complete 2 completed rounds of RLA)
Sign up for the RLC training
You must be a Radiant Leadership Academy Alumni for at least one 16-week class. In order to teach RLA, you must have completed 2 rounds of RLA and the 8-week RLC training.

Once I am certified what happens next?

As a Certified RLC, you will have the privilege of leading your own class of the RLA. You can build your own class/classes. You will be partnered with RMA to handle the mailing of workbooks, email communication, and the certification process. Part of the training will include training on social media marketing and building your authority as a Biblical leader and Biblical coach.

As you are building your RLA classes, you can earn through the Ambassador Rewards program or you can earn a commission for each new student that you enroll in the class ($1500 one-time commission for each new student enrollment).
